New Pharmacust need help

Hi ,all iam Mostafa from Egypt
I work now as planning coordinator for a pharmaceutical company here in Egypt ,i don't know if this career is good enough to my future or not
So i need some one who know enough about this title position to talk to me and give me advice ..or other something with which i can improve my self

Pls any one who know about the responsibilities for this planning sectors in pharmaceutical comp. or any courses for it
