Lots of regulations unfortunately. Ring your local PCT and the RPSGB for advice
control of entry regulations - look up
main point is you need to be open for 100hours a week, and provide services not currently available to the local community.
Is it worth it compared to say just locuming. I mean realistic speaking how much does the average single branch independent pharmacy make in terms of profit per year.
More than a locum, but the works harder, you NEVER switch off. If you buy an existing business then you will be worse off for the first 10 years probablywhen it comes to actual cash in hand/bank, but providing the supermarkets/multiples dosn't screw up the market you should be accumulating an asset
