What's the job of Clinical Pharmacists like?

Hi everyone.

What's the job of Clinical Pharmacists?

TDM,Clinical Trials,and......? Do Clinical Pharmacists have rights of prescription?.In my homeland Clinical Pharmacists do not have right of prescription at right now.What most Clinical Pharmacists do is just distributing drugs, which someone else such as Nurse can do.
