Go to the old Dale & Appleby, and you'll find out what they *should* do. In practice, they're the ones that ignore the fact that their branches are woefully neglected and under-supported by area and regional managers, are operating at, or well below, the minimum standards I would place on a pharmacy, refuse to get involved when a locum reports their professional concerns, and gets away scott-free when the regular pharmacist gets hauled up in front of the stat-com...
