Making people smile despite their illnessess. Even if I don't feel up to par if I can make some one smile every day then it's a job well done. After all a smile costs nothing and is a good infection to have.

For me its helping people out at the counter with sound and good advice.
The minus side is doing prescriptions all day especially dealing with the collection and delivery service!
Far too many patients use this service!!
It has in my view got right out of control!
People should take their script to the surgery themselves and pick it up themselves and then bring it to the pharmacy and wait for it to be dispensed - this harks back to the old days but less less hassle.

For me when I was in Export, it was getting on the plane and turning left rather than right.
