So who caused the popultion to become obese???

As usual its a collection of circumstances interplaying that cause the problem. One of my beliefs is that we are all too busy working to pay bills to find time to cook, eat and exercise. We turn to 'ready meals' or other "fast-food" which have 'hidden' sugar, salt and 'food science chemistry' in them.

Excuse me, by being tubby I am eating more food than most and am therefore denying someone else the chance to pig out.
