.... in the opinion of the person who sprayed this graffiti all over the new pharmacy shutters.

Under the new human rights legislation are we allowed to have this removed, or do we have to get permission from the 'tagger' as the graffiti belongs to them. If we don't get permission can they sue us for removing their property, ie the graffiti paint. Also do we have to give Lisa the right to reply by spray-painting "No I'm not" on the same shutters. Finally, if this graffiti upsets a customer and gives them emotional anguish is the pharmacy liable as they own the shutters or is it the graffiti artist?

Removing graffiti is not as simple as it used to be.

Lisa is quite a nice young lady, her only crime is probably to say 'no' and walk away. I'm tempted to let her get a paint spray and write 'no I'm not' on the shutters before we get them painted with that special anti-graffiti paint.
That night someone went through the village and tagged everything in sight. I can't say it improves the look of the place, but still we have got to let the young ones express themselves and find themselves as individuals haven't we?

I can't actually read the wording that was put on our new shutter last week and I pretty good at reading cr@p handwriting!

My "No Parking" sign was tagged a few months ago - different tag but can't read it either!

This is not nearly as interesting as the Lisa thing, but some little t**t put on one of the shops I work at a little threat to scare us. It reads: -

YOU ARE GOWWING TO GET ROBED

I believe it's a threat about stealing from the shop. Either that or they know about someone's graduation!
