Is it the manager or the players that win matches and tournaments?
I could do the job for £6 million pa and get similar results.
I'd only want to do it for a year (in fact I'm happy to fill in for a month for £500K)

I am glad he has gone - never seemed comfortable with the job or happy, and would always be dealing with big personalities/egos such as the John Terry case.

I thought it was good having Capello..he couldn't communicate properly with the players, he was tactically inept - what excuse will England have with a decent manager in charge?
