OK you can understand that in order to be a competent professional pharmacist it requires that you focus on your work, that you are given a sort of elevated position so that your work, judgement and ethics are not compromised. But what happens when some of them start abusing the 'freedom' power they have been trusted with.
Fair enough but shouldnt a mechanic also then be given the same sort of elevation after all you could argue that they are also dealing with peoples lives. If they dont concentrate on their work they could make a mistake when working on your car leading you to have a nasty accident.
I seen some young pharmacists with attitudes and its like someones trusted a toddler with a machine gun. Nothing matters, no respect for elders, no consideration for the feelings and thoughts of others the only thing that matters is that they are the 'pharmacist' they are in charge and they are right. The thing with this is that it can be likened to gangland mentality, 'this is my turf, i do what i want, anyone got a problem with it I will rip their throats out'.
