    Justification for rioting

The worst riots in uk for a long long time. And it happened at a time when alot of top MP's were on holiday and there were police spending/budget cuts approaching/planned. This could be coincidence but it could also be a result of planning.

The nonsense that resulted was not even watchable. We saw looters in masks, being asked why they were doing this in interviews. The responses given were not even worth laughing at.

'the police arrest us for nothing'
'i gave my cv in to a store, they rejected me, so i took payback by looting them'?

The main reasons being given were that the youth were unemployed, shunned and frustrated as they have no 'stake' in society. But how this justify the actions and why now? there has always been unempoyment... I have been looking for work last few months and it is frustrating, and I am short of cash but I didnt go rioting or looting.

    Re: Justification for rioting

Justification for rioting ? Absolutely none whatsoever. One of the idiots interviewed blamed the influx of Polish people in preventing him from getting a job, thereby justifying his actions in looting and destroying retail and high street shops, further lowering the slimmest of chances that any sane individual would offer him employment.

    Re: Justification for rioting

There were no justifications for rioting. It was opportunist theft. Anyone who tries to pin a political agenda to these greedy people is completely barking. In any case many of those who have appeared in court were either already employed or were too young to be employed.
