failed degree...what would you do?

So rumour may have it (well according to only one other member) that i'm not a real pharmacist and i failed my degree, and that i should work in McDonalds...

So I put to you..if you failed your degree, what would you want to do in your day???...apparently i like to sit on a pharmacy forum and make valid contributions (in my opinion anyway), albeit some of them may not be as constructive as they could be, but done with tongue in cheek none the less!

should i be brave enough to reveal my true identity??? and then go into hiding and ask the government for a new identity and location, all fully paid for by them (and maybe some of our taxes as well)

Also apparently i'm a loner..so will anyone be my friend...................please!?!

ohhhh..i'll be ur friend.....if i had failed my degree i would be a child minder but to only very nice children...lol...

Students who failed their medical, dental, or pharmacy degrees often became medical reps. Science teaching (may have to take another course) is another option. In the very old days, failed medics became abortionists or went abroad to clinics in Casablanca etc.

First thought would have been to try taking up writing seriously but the chance of anything I have written getting published is slightly above 0. The other appealing choice would have been to learn one or two new languages and train as an interpreter.

Haha... nice one ! I don't actually know where the abstract will be published ! Could be some obscure journal for all I know, but this a big opportunity for me to get my name out in the pharmacy world and particulary in psych pharmacy which is really what I want to get into.

Hopefully I'd get to meet quite a few well known other psych pharmacists, David Taylor being another that springs to mind.
