Glastonbury Festivals - Line-up

Perfect time to find out as I don't usually watch Glastonbury or keep much of an interest in it. The one act I wanted to see and I've got to watch it on the telly !

Tickets are always pretty much sold out long before the acts are announced. So pays your money, takes your chances.

Suppose so but would have been good to seen him in the flesh. And are you a rock fan bleepholder or is it cheesy pop music that does it for you ?

there is nothing wrong with cheesy pop music....

but rock music is not my thing..so i could quite happily miss slash playing at glasto and not lose sleep over it all!!!

well i take it all back....just watching highlights and slash are on...pretty good...not a muddy field in sight

Yep - in all the confusion of the England match I just about managed to watch Slash and Myles Kennedy perform Sweet Child O Mine. Brilliant.

If you are keen on that then have a listen to Paradise City by Guns'n'Roses - the first song of their I'd heard, and in my opinion their best song, mainly because of Slash's solo towards the end.

I like "Lies" best in general, especially "Patience".

As so often, a band's best stuff is the earliest stuff.
