ooh i did hear of one once! chemist and druggist did an article on his shop a couple of years ago (from what i recall he offered holistic therapy, with chiropody, physio and other stuff rented out in consultation rooms) - try searching their site for the story
Chemist + Druggist - news, training and tools for community pharmacy - Chemist + Druggist
once you've got the guy's shop name and his name, a bit of googling will most likely find you his contact details.

You could try Fin Mccaul, Managing Director, at Prestwick Pharmacy, Manchester.
There is a pharmacy called Pharmakarma, or Karmapharma, Deansgate, Manchester. He's very much into complementary therapies and had rooms to rent out.
....just my opinion
Thank you so much for your help! I've now been successful thanks to the great suggestions I've received, thanks again!
