    Can a Locum be Superintendent?

    Just wondering really as i can't find the answer anywhere I have googled and called the RPSGB but have had conflicting responses..

    can anyone help me please.

    shore as long as you are a pharmacist with managerial experience and a good track record. An extra qualification such as a mba would probally help

    I'd say you would have a tough time justifying being a "locum" to the revenue.

    Don't agree, caus that would be a couple of years away from pharmacy experience, and experience is what is needed.

    If on the other hand you are looking for a route away from the coal face, an MBA could be justified in terms of CPD and tax allowance, and might speed promotion in the multinationals.

    Otherwise, have a look at the Institute of Pharmacy Management
    ....just my opinion
