Well well Yasmina won it... probably an all round better candidate than Kate but still would have liked Kate to win

I think it was pretty close- but I think we saw what Kate's weaknesses were.
I liked Yasmina though, even though she was a bit snappy at times.

Kate is far better than Yasmine for this post. I just feel repelled whenever Yasmine opens her gob! The way she talks, her tone and defensive nature are things that should be considered! I struggle to see her surviving in such a post (employee). She is the type of person who performs well independently, and I doubt she can manage to follow orders from above and be told how to do her job.
Kate is on the other side of the spectrum. she is a people person, hard working, ambitious, always focused, good negotiator, perfect presenter who strives to progress. Simply, she is too good to be true.
Kate's biggest mistake was to let Debra (yeah the girl with a big attitude problem) do the pricing! 13 quid for a box of choclate? some people are out of touch with the majority of the hard-working class in this country. Her product is not directed to target the majority of the people.

Sir (soon to be Lord[Vader???]) Alan Sugar was looking for someone who was an innovater, unfortunately kate is the sort of person who doesnt seem to be able to think outside the box, she seemed to have all the right answers but there was no emotion or passion behind the words, and was quite irritating when she always smiled for no apparant reason,

also I think Yasmina's body language throughout the final showed that she was very nervous and low on confidence and in her mind she had already assumed defeat. Don't know why she would be chosen over Kate because of this and also because of what transpired during the interview episode about her business knowledge, but she had one very big advantage over Kate, she was a dreamer...........
