    If not pharmacy...

...what career path would you have chosen ? I would have tried to hopefully become an author but still would've gone to uni.

    Re: If not pharmacy...

Quoted from: Frank Capra's Popularity- Part 1 of Lawrence Levine on the films of Frank Capra, JMMH Vol.2 ~ 1999

Woody Allen, born and bred in New York, could easily have had Frank Capra in mind when he created his 1960s stand-up comedy routine in which he is in Alabama surrounded by Klansmen with a rope around his neck. "Suddenly," he told his audiences in the nightclubs of the 1960s, "Suddenly my whole life passed before my eyes. I saw myself as a kid again in Kansas, going to school, and swimmin' at the old swimmin' hole and fishin' and fryin' up a mess of old catfish and going down to the general store and gettin' a piece of gingham for Emmy Lou and suddenly I realized, hey that's not my life! They’re going to hang me in two minutes and somebody else’s life is flashing before my eyes." [Woody Allen: Nightclub Years, 1964-1968. Audio CD (Musicrama; ASIN: B000003PX2, 1997).]
I've always liked this sketch, so thanks for the opportunity to post it.

I've had a number of mini-careers, most of which I have been glad to do, and glad to leave behind and move on to the next. But Pharmacy allowed me the opportunity to pursue most of them, and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to work in pharmacy for as long as I have.

Hopefully when the time comes and my life flashes before my eyes, there won't be too many surprises!
    ....just my opinion

I would have been a vet, or an archaeologist. I might still become a vet, one day... anyone know of a fast-track degree?

either IT i think, or mechanic / auto electrician. I get a real kick out of fixing stuff.

Changed the front brake discs on my car the other day with my fiancee's bro-in-law's help. Amazing frustration turning into immense pride at a job well done.

If I had my time again I'd put more time and effort into marrying for money rather than for love.
