If I want to report a dodgy post as an advert, or spam, I use the report icon, a red triangle in the top right-hand corner of the post.
If you are being harassed by another member, send copies of the PMs to admin, who will likely see them off.
If you want to change or use an avatar, then they have to be emailed to admin, who virus-checks them and then puts them up for you.
