help please

Hey Guys
ok let me summarize the situation

i moved to another house on early September, since that time i am trying to inform the head office at Lloyds to update my address so they can contact me. for a reason or another i am failing! I am starting to get irritated as i am not asking for much.

i have sent a total of 9 E-mails, 5 since the beginning of january. i rang the head office and spoken to the person who deals with all these things for pre-reg students, again no luck! when i asked is it possible to change the address while i am on the phone, the answer was; i am budsy at the moment, drop me an e-mail and i will change your address and send you all the papers.
Fine i do understand people can be busy to change a damn address, i explained that i dropped her 4 E-mails and for a reason or another she is not replying back!

i did send her another 5 e-mails after that call ( early january), and tried a different e-mail account( my hotmail and the university e-mail), but still no luck.

i rang again and again, and no one is picking up( during weekday, not during holiday season), i left 3 messages on the answering machine and they did not call me back.

so where do i stand now?

well i am having my exams, and it is stressing me more.

waiting to get the damn letter to sign it and send a form to pre-reg tutor to sign it and resend it to back office again.

leaving the country in exactly 10 days for an exchange programe to do my graduation project in a foreign country.

i am not the kind of guy who complain about everything, but i believe someone is not taking his responsibilioty seriously, how hard is it to update my address and send me all the papers i did not recieve as a result!

i tried to contact the owner of the old house, he said he hasd no mail for me! while the head office said they sent all the forms early december to the old address.

is it worth a complain? i have all the e-mails sent, and i recorded one of the phone calls! i really do not want to be rude and be responsible for someone loosing her job ( i doubt) but i am starting to feel desperate at the moment!

if someone can provide me with another contact number or advice, i'll appreciate it.

i just spoke to her colleague, and she promised to sort it out for me today. i gave her my address.
if i do get the mail within a week ( she promised to send it today 1st class order) then it is fine with me, otherwise i will complain as i am not asking for much.

will update you in a week time, i really hope i am not forced to take it further as it's not worth the hassle, i just requested an address update nothing much.

Had similar problems when moved to East Anglia. Main reason is that cos have a mailing dept and although they will alter your address on your record at HO, the mailing address is not changed. The person you dealt with may not even know how there mailings are sent.

I have in past: Sent Letter, sent fax, sent email and then 'phoned.
