Of course... well mostly the English speaking world.... the grass is always greener and you can almost support a family back home on what a UK pharmacist spends on lunch money. On top of that free medical care....
Although I did hear of one economic migrant who came here was diagnosed with pancreatic enzyme deficiency took creon for some years and got tired of it so went home and as far as I know is still living happily without creon and a deep mistrust of Western medicine and lifestyles...
