I work in an independent, so as far as i'm aware we have the unresticted version!

As for the endorsing, it is possible to restrict which pack sizes are available for dispensing and thus endorsing, however if you work for a 'certain small multiple' then it may not be possible for you to alter as they may have blocked it at head office.

You need to press 'alt+e' (bottom left of main dispensing screen, button called 'edit dispensible products' i think this is correct but will check when at work)before you press f6 or f8 when doing a Rx. It then allows you to select the pack sizes you dispense from or set up brand equalisation deals. It also allows you to select which wholesaler you can order the product from - again head office probabably restrict this facility!
