It is indeed. You can enter some free text which will appear when you go into the brand selection options. A classic example so you can see what it looks like is the warning that appears for Methotrexate.
The place you input this is under the
Item Details section accessible from one of the drop down menus on the main screen. You select the product you wish to tag, take care because the list will detail all products matching your search criteria from ALL wholesalers.
You will then receive a tabbed dialog box with lots of options where you can input things like current stock, change order method, colour and shape of tablet/capsule etc. Choose the Notes tab, input the text you wish to add, then save as you would normally (e.g. press control key, and choose the Save option)
Now test by labelling a dummy patient.
You will know if its worked because there will be an icon of a notepad/exercise book type thing next to the selected pack size and brand of the drug you edited.
