They will catch up with you and put you under the microscope, and you will end up paying back-tax on the 50p your mum gave you for going to the shops when you were a nipper!
But seriously...
There are advantages in being an employee. They are particularly worthwhile if you are at the 'family' stage of your life.
Paid Holiday, including bank holidays, sick pay if you are off ill, paternity/maternity. Try and get one that will pay BUPA or whatever. Get a 60mpg diesel for work and ask them to pay mileage for deliveries.
