The pay gap between Pharmacists and techs/dispensers in community is huge ..at least £12/hour and you might not be given full time hours.
Most techs/dispensers earn btw £5-10/hour in community pharmacy, but in hospital/PCT that can acheive a Band 7 grade max salary £ 36k |
Pensions in retail are generally stakeholder and not as good as NHS one.
