Stay where you are, with agenda for change and the different opportunities you get in hospital/PCT -- ( better career structure and pay!)
The pay gap between Pharmacists and techs/dispensers in community is huge ..at least £12/hour and you might not be given full time hours.
Most techs/dispensers earn btw £5-10/hour in community pharmacy, but in hospital/PCT that can acheive a Band 7 grade max salary £ 36k
