Today in sunday rota received following for a ten year old:

Rynanorm nasal drops

and cetirizine syrup 22mls
5ml od.

Script dated saturday,

we were just closing and OOH so did not check with Dr as script was computer generated.

I looked in vain for Rynanorm drops. Not on computer or in Martindale, realise now he may have meant rynacrom but why did'nt computer have correct spelling.

gave and endorsed 200ml pack of cetirizine syrup.
