I used to do a lot of ES on Lloyds' PMR system:
F5, select "private Rx";
then choose your drug; then in the dosage instructions, type "EME", which is the shortcut code for ***EMERGENCY SUPPLY***; PMR will give you the price both ex vat and inc vat.
If you type in the sig code "LOAN", that's the shortcut code for "Emergency supply- script to follow" which I only ever used for local patients where I was sure I really would be getting a script later...
I hope I've remembered these correctly, I haven't used PMR since mid-october as Lloyds have rolled out their new Windows-based "Compass" system to all their stores in Wales since- and that's a completely different kettle of fish!!!!
