Yes, I often wear skirts & dresses, especially in the summer. They can look very smart indeed- almost like an air hostess!
Shoes: I like court shoes with a little bit of heel -up to 3cm, no more!- but I have to admit that when it's hot in the summer I end up wearing open sandals, even though we're not supposed to, according to Health & safety regulations...
