Hehe - I argued with the PCT about that - their idea of zero tolerance was to give a verbal warning, a written warning and then ban the patient - I said that wasn't "zero tolerance" but "three strikes and you're out".
Yeh I've banned a couple of people - and sworn in anger at one. But this is in 30 years!! Most people are actually nice once you've overcome the barriers.
