Sorry admin, I probably am being a bit too deep for the pitch of this forum.

The 3 reasons you've hypothesized for rude behaviour are all valid, but the purpose of my contributions was to get the root reasons out in the open.

If more people had some kind of deep spiritual knowledge/experience, they would not think venting personal frustations (eg. poor NHS service as you've suggested), on an innocent pharmacist was sensible. Not if they had been warned there would be eternal consequences for initiating aggressiveness.

True, some people are just not evolved enough to hold their own in a sophisticated, nice manner, but they only have themselves to blame. In this country we all have enough oppurtunities and time to educate and improve ourselves on an ongoing basis.

P.S. I often write poetically, but I did think the poetic nature of the relevant sentences would be self-evident. I guess I am one of the few scientists who is passionate about English language and literature...
