How about a three strikes and your out approach? Or a list of rpecipitatiing factors that will worsen your symptoms and if you can't show that you're at least trying to lower some of them then tell them to bog off!

Saying that, my GP told me that tests my missus had had showed she either had AIDS or Alzheimers so I asked what was the best thing to do, he said drop her in the middle of Bodmin Moor and if she finds her way back don't even think about sleeping with her!
