In these days of multiples being run on locums (Never a good idea) the day to day servicing of the patient devolves down onto these ladies - almost always ladies, but there are some gentlemen out there!!
As i said, I am new to this world, and no doubt there are the assistants from hell out there, but I have yet to meet them - famous last words!!
