Never a truerer work spoken, i'm a dispenser (probably in the L pharmacies). Don't stop from the minute i get in. No manager again, working with locums which are on whole great, but i just feel that there's no support from management.
I love my job, but the pressure at the mo is just getting to me. it would be nice to have some stability in the place. All the staff keep leaving and them that haven't are looking for other jobs, i've never known morale so low
