Talking The Health Act 2006

the long awaited health act 2006 has now been given the royal seal of approval (on the 19/7/06).Nothing much has changed from what I can see...there is lot in there about the responsible pharmacist ...the long shot is this fellow will carry the can for any errors .NO pharmacist can supervise more than one shop (except in exceptional circumstances as prescribed by the health minister). He can supervise from outside the premises if the need arises..but not all tasks can be delegated but robust procedures must be in place
Some p'cists might need to have additional qualifications before they can assume the role of responsible p'cist.. as if 3 A levels+4 years undergrad+pre-reg+ exams is not enough!...........Well in my opinion its a result..not bad at all .....the future is bright the future is orange or should I say green..very green
