My understanding is that the methadone itself is acid enough to rot teeth, and the sugar just adds to the problem. So - to labour the point - methadone S/F rots teeth nearly as fast as the sugared version, and both should be followed by a swish of water, or even better, by chewing gum IMHO.
Lovely stuff. I'm not surprised it gets sold on.
