no you don't have to cover every pc in each report if you've covered them satisfactorily enuf in earlier reports, you can also claim reports in element 2 from reports you made in element one, just put on the evidence form pls see element one, range e etc etc but make sure it is covered as they may be worded different to trick us and may need more information than we gave in element one or vice versa it is exactly the same question with information you've already given which would meet the standard asked for but could be worded different again to confuse us!!!!!!! I've just done a customer who is waiting to make a complaint who wants names and adresses of head office saying that our pharmacist wasn't on the premises, hence I've covered all the PC's with ranges K (making a complaint) and G (resources not available meaning the pharmacist) in the same report......... NITEMARE, i've got headache, e e e!!!!!!!
