i think ive got the idea, its just a case of what to write about. silly thing is its seems simple but when you have to put it on paper, i just go blank!

ive done element one now, does anybody know if i need to cover every pc in each report or as long as i have covered them all in the whole element that is enough. what i have to do for elemnet one is 7 pc's and 2 ranges. ive written 2 reports, in the first one i covered one of the ranges and all 7 pcs, and in the second i covered the second range but only two pcs.

for the next element i have to show that i can make sure health n safety risks dont happen in the pharmacy by the use of safe working methods.

am i on the right lines if i write a report on sorting and disposing of patient returns following the company h&s guidelines?
