Im sorry for what you are goin through
I have had a tough couple of months in my pre-reg Im so glad its going to be over soon
I also worked with a husband and wife divorced couple (she rules the roost!)
things have happened and im goin to write a real strong review once ive finished the year
dont get me wrong they arent as bad as how you describe-but well ive been to one training afternoon the whole yr-they (or rather she) even though she knows nothing about pharmacy refuses to let me go-they complained about my hospital placement
the technician rules the dispensary
theres such a blame culture in the work-its awful
they bitch
they dont want to embrace the contract complain about service the health board runs, totally dont enthuse a young pre-reg
and then my tutor basically works with the technician and when i do something remotely wrong she glares at me-then when the technician goes home shes fine-whats the point in that-is she trying to be authoratative
i absolutely hate it-so much so im seriously considering quitting pharmacy altogether
the bosses make mistakes left right and centre but nothings said its all a joke-the pre-reg gets the blame for everything
id report him if i was you
these people are supposed to be here to help us-do what i did-start standing up for yourself-it will work you'll see-
