How many carbergoline tablets would you dispense and why ?

I would dispense 48 as they come in packs of 16 and in a special container you cannot split special containers and have to round the quantity down to the nearest pack size.
For example 3x16=48 but 4x16=64,
64 is more than the prescriptions says so I would have to dispense 48

is that corect
